All properties identified by ACE are discussed with our licensed buyer’s agent partners. ACE provides research and general information only. ACE does not negotiate, represent buyers, handle funds, bid, sign on a client’s behalf or conduct licensed real estate agency work.
2. Who we are
This website and the services described on it are provided by Awareness Connect Pty Ltd (ABN 95 672 195 783) trading as Awareness Connect Enterprises (ACE, we, us, our).
3. Not an agent
ACE is not a licensed real estate agent, buyer’s agent or property agent in any state or territory. ACE does not handle deposits or any other funds, bid at auction, sign documents for clients, or carry out any work that requires a real estate or buyer’s agent licence. Licensed buyer’s agent partners act under their own licences and their own agreements with clients.

Our research relies on data from third parties and public sources that we believe to be reliable but have not independently verified. Data may be incomplete or out of date.
